Yes. Freeze allowances vary by membership length: 1-month and 3-month plans have no freeze option. 6-month plans get 15 days of freezing per term. 12-month plans get 30 days of freezing per term. Just notify reception before your break. Cancellations are handled case-by-case; contact us and our team will walk you through the options for your specific plan.
Absolutely. A single-visit day pass gives you full access to the gym floor and sauna. Drop in any time during opening hours, or message us on WhatsApp to arrange one in advance.
Our dry sauna is complimentary with every membership and day pass. Please bring a towel to sit on, shower before use, and keep sessions to around 15 minutes for your comfort and safety. It's a shared space — swimwear or gym attire is required at all times.
Yes — 2 hours of free underground parking is included with every visit at Golden Mile 7. Validate your ticket at reception on your way in. Additional time is charged at the mall's standard rate.
Reserve any class straight from our weekly schedule — pick a slot, enter your details, and confirm on WhatsApp. Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking at least a few hours ahead. If you can't make it, let us know 4 hours before so we can free the spot for someone else.
Our complimentary trial is available to UAE residents with a valid Emirates ID who are not already Top Gym members. One trial per person. Just bring your Emirates ID to reception, or message us on WhatsApp to arrange your visit.
