After payment, in the nearest working hours our manager will contact you and schedule you to the lesson at a suitable time and day for you.
Our managers are always ready to answer your questions. You can call us at the weekends and at night. Also you can visit our office for personal consultation.

Duration for one class is 55 minutes.
Absolutely! We suggest you to visit functional sessions first and stretching classes after. In this case you'll get desired result faster.
Yes, we do have parking inside the mall where we are located as well.
Each subscription has a built-in freeze period that you can use. If you need more days, then you can purchase additional freezing days.
Gym is open from 6 AM - 10 PM Monday - Friday.

Due to current situation it's much better to have your own mat, but in case if you don't have we can provide it at studio.
At this moment we have mixed gym only, but you can feel free to wear national sport suits for covered woman. Also we have some classes in our schedule for ladies only.
Gym and classes are allowed to persons over 18 years old, also from 16 years old in the presence of adults.
We recommend the functional classes TRX and TOPBODY. Stretching also helps in building a dream body and quick muscle recovery. You can also purchase personal training from us, which will also help with nutrition and deal specifically with your case.
During pregnancy, the safest training option is personal sessions, because the standard training program does not take into account the specifics of your condition during pregnancy.
In the Gym on the Palm we have female coaches for all types of classes and male coaches in gym and aqua boxing classes. Check with our managers for more detailed information.
